Apogee was founded by Ollie and Anj — two L&D professionals driven by a shared vision of taking learning and development to new, uncharted territory. Both based in the Lake District, our backgrounds stretch from event coordination, culinary arts, and operations management to hands-on experience in project management, facilitation, and leadership development. The rugged landscapes here have shaped our approach, but we’re not here to stick to one path — Organising and hosting events all over the world.
