Overdone. Waiting for a specific date to start improving your life? It’s just an excuse to delay action today.

Growth doesn’t care about the calendar, and neither should you.

Here’s the deal: forget grand declarations and sweeping promises. Instead, focus on making one good decision today—then another tomorrow. In a couple of months, sit down, look back, and see what’s working. Reassess. Adjust. Keep going.

Real change happens through consistent effort, not because of some arbitrary “new year, new me” hype. So stop waiting for the perfect moment. This is a resurgence —a deliberate, intentional return to the person I was before it all went to shit. Notes’ are here to help you discover what it means to build something lasting — from within and alongside those around us.

We all have our own mountains to climb and battles to fight, and sometimes, we lose sight of what that journey really means. Field Notes is about finding the path that pushes you forward—through the rough edges, the uncomfortable moments, and the real work that real growth demands. It’s about giving a damn about where you’re going and how you’ll get there.

True development? It’s uncomfortable. It’s not about forced “team-building” exercises or trust falls. Growth isn’t something you tick off a list—it’s raw, it’s messy, and it’s deeply personal. If it’s not pushing you, it’s probably not worth your time (or ours).

So, who the f*ck actually needs L&D? The answer…everyone does. Growth doesn’t discriminate, and neither should our approach to learning. Whether you're in it for personal clarity, team dynamics, or pushing past old limits, development matters, for all of us.

This blog isn’t about my story;

it’s about why you should care about yours.

Subscribe now
